1. Subject matter
This document governs the conditions of use of the WebRestaurant management software, provided by AleMar Web (VAT IT01276690524) as a SaaS (Software as a Service) service.
2. Service description
WebRestaurant is a browser-based restaurant management software delivered in cloud mode. Use is permitted only to users who have signed a service contract with AleMar Web and have completed payment of the activation fee.
3. Plans and payments
The Small, Lite and Pro plans are described on the Pricing page. Fees are billed monthly or annually as per contract. In the event of non-payment, the service may be suspended after notification.
4. Intellectual property
WebRestaurant and all its components are the exclusive property of AleMar Web. Copying, distributing or modifying the software without explicit written authorisation is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
AleMar Web is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from service interruptions, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. The service is provided with the availability standards indicated in the service contract.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Siena has jurisdiction for any disputes.
